What does Quality Childcare Certified and Approved mean?
Each provider is prescreened through our agency will receive 2.5 hours of training created by The Quality Childcare Circle and Bridging the Gap Family Solutions. This training demonstrates how to be a professional babysitter, nanny, and all-around caregiver. It also discusses developmental milestones, what to expect of children ages 0-12, and curriculum building. Being Quality Childcare Certified and Approved means that our agency works closely with each nanny to enhance their nanny career through training and evaluations.

OUR FOUNDER
Brittany is a Louisville Native and an MSW graduate from The University of Spalding. She has been in childcare since before graduating high school in 2012. She loves children and has dedicated her life to caring for and working with families and children. She has been a Nanny and Babysitter for seven years+. She began her placement agency because she could not keep up with the capacity of families who needed her services. She has also started a nonprofit offering these services to low-income, minority families. Due to the lack of Childcare options, Brittany hopes she can help her community in the best way possible.
